International departures and Domestic arrivals are within the same terminal building. On collecting the baggage the passengers can exit the arrival hall and proceed one level up for International departures.

RGIA had now an Integrated main Terminal for processing both Domestic and International Passengers for Arrivals and Departures.

Vehicles are permitted to pull up kerbside, but ONLY for picking up or dropping off passengers. Vehicles left unattended at the kerb will be towed and fined.

1. Hire a cab from the authorized car rental counters available at Arrivals area

We have an exclusive drop off zone reserved for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) along with a separate entry lane, priority Emigration counter and security check lane. Passenger requiring wheelchair assistance are advised to approach respective airlines in advance. Dedicated washrooms for passengers with reduced mobility is available throughout the terminal. Buggy services are available for PRM post security check.

The Live Queue Status Tracker aims to enhance your airport experience by helping you plan ahead. It provides real-time data on the waiting time at the airport queues. You can check the on-ground traffic and airport queue time at different processes like check-in, security check, and emigration at all eight departure gates at terminal 3. At the arrival level, the tracker provides airport waiting time for the immigration and domestic-to-international transfer areas.
